Darwin's vain theory .............Charles Haddon Spurgeon.....

In July 1886 , Charles Haddon Spurgeon , the great Baptist preacher , delivered a sermon named " Hideous discovery "ls31-33/chs1911.pdf .
In this sermon , He said the following concerning the theory of evolution .......

Charles Haddon Spurgeon :
‘In its bearing upon religion this vain notion is, however , no theme for mirth, for it is not only deceptive, but it threatens to be mischievous in a high degree. There is not a hair of truth upon this dog from its head to its tail, but it rends and tears the simple ones. In all its bearing upon scriptural truth, the evolution theory is in direct opposition to it. If God’s Word be true, evolution is a lie. I will not mince the matter: this is not the time for soft speaking.’
How true are these words today , almost one hundred and fifty years later ? vanity ( man's reasong above God's ) , deceptive , threatening ( mischieviously ) , truthless , for the naive and God dissenters (attracts those easily led into wilfully looking for a story to cover their rejection of a Supernatural Creator ), rejects what God communicates through His Word ( Satanic tactic since the garden ) .
WE MUST STAND , as Charles Spurgeon did , and that is bold in Him who created all things . True , testable , repeatable and observable Science confirms His Word .
2 CORINTHIANS 2:11 so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.
